Rosses Athletic Club

Rosses AC are a well established and rapidly growing athletic club who welcomes runners and athletes of all abilities from 7 years to 70 years.

Based in the Rosses area of North West Donegal the club caters for members from The Rosses, Gaoth Dobhair and Cloughaneely parishes.  

​

All members are treated equally and a friendly atmosphere permeates throughout the club – Rosses AC endeavours to encourage a spirit of fair play and sportmanship at all times.  
 

Whether you simply want to run and train for fun or hope to compete at local, National or International level you can be assured of a big welcome at the club.

The club colours are orange and black.
 

Coaching is offered in:

* Track & Field - sprints, relay events, middle distance running, long     distance running, hurdles, shot putt, discus, long jump, high jump   and triple jump.   

​

* Sportshall athletics for juveniles from 7 years to 15 years old

* Cross Country running for Juveniles, Seniors and Masters.

* Road running
